A recently renovated one bed roomed cottage
sited on a picturesque water buffalo farm two miles from New Quay in
West Wales. The village of Cross Inn is a mile away and has a pub
and three shops. The lane by the farm is a designated cycle route
which leads to a network of quiet lanes ideal for cycling or
walking. The cottage is tastefully furnished and has a wood burning
stove and central heating which makes it ideal for a break at any
time of the year.

The Coach House sleeps 2 in one upstairs bedroom
which has an en-suite bathroom with roll top bath, WC and hand
basin. A cot is available on request. Downstairs there is a
well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher
and fridge / freezer. The kitchen leads into the lounge / dining
area which has lovely views of the old stone barns and the glorious
Welsh countryside. The lounge has a sofa, an armchair and a wood
burning stove as well as a 28 inch digital TV with DVD player.

At the rear of the cottage there is a private patio
overlooking the fields. There is ample parking and lockable storage
for bicycles near The Coach House. All fuel, bed linen and towels
are included.

your own towels and beach towels

Pets - One well behaved dog allowed.
Smoking - No smoking inside
the property.
