Sitting Room

Cliffside is a spacious first floor centrally heated apartment with three bedrooms on Glanmor Terrace directly overlooking New Quay Harbour and beach with spectacular views across Cardigan Bay to Aberystwyth and further north to Snowdonia on a clear day.

The sitting room has French doors opening onto a wide balcony where you can sit with a glass of wine and watch Dolphins in the harbour below. Cliffside is not only close to the harbour and beach but is less than a minute's walk from the renowned 'Hungry Trout' restaurant, the 'Ty Thai' Thai restaurant and the Penwig Pub and Hotel. Fresh fish, Lobsters and Crabs can be bought directly from the local fishermen just along the street.


Kitchen	Twin Bedroom	Shower Room

The sitting / dining room has comfy sofas and chairs and is equipped with Colour TV. Digibox, and DVD player. French doors open onto the balcony. The well equipped and spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, microwave, fridge and all usual small appliances.

Bedrooms: There is one double bedroom with TV, a twin bedroom with views across the
harbour and a single bedroom also with sea views.

Bathroom The newly fitted modern shower room has a shower, WC. and washbasin.

Children: Travel cot, high chair, door gates and booster seat available.

Short breaks: Available in the low season only - Friday to Monday (3 nights)
or Monday to Friday (4 nights) £250.

Access: There is level parking for one car only in the rear of the property and there are a few steps from the street up to the door. Otherwise, all rooms are on the same level. The shower room is not adapted for disabled use.
