This imposing farmhouse sits on top of a hill in the old
section of Llanarth. With views across the surrounding countryside,
it is well placed for visiting the nearby resort, beaches, pubs and
restaurants of New Quay, as well as exploring Cardiganshire and the
many beaches of Cardigan Bay. Cefn Maesllan is just a few minutes
walk from the Llanina Arms pub and restaurant as well as the local
shops and post office.

Accommodation - The
spacious and very comfortable lounge / dining room has a
sofa and armchairs seating 5 and dining table and chairs to seat 6.,
also 28" flatscreen TV and wall mounted pebble flame heater. There is
underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.
Upstairs
there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, separate
shower, WC and basin. There is an additional small dressing room ideal
for storage or a travel cot (not provided) All bed linen
and towels are provided. There are radiators in all rooms upstairs.

The well equipped kitchen
has a large 5 burner Rangemaster stove with extractor over ,
dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster
and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware There is
also a table and chairs to seat 4
Outside there is a covered
verandah across the entire front of the house with table and seating
and extensive views across the village and the hills beyond. There is
also storage space for mountain bikes, kayaks or watersports equipment
in a stone barn adjacent to the courtyard parking area.
There are 2 other
holiday properties facing the central courtyard parking area, Ty Lewis
- sleeping 4, and Johns Barn - sleeping 2, providing group
accommodation for up to 10 in separate units.
