Located just 1 mile out of New Quay near the village of Maenygroes, Cartrefol is a beautiful, newly renovated, 2 bedroom, single storey, cottage with a large, fully enclosed, private garden in a peaceful rural location.
Cartrefol sleeps 5 people in comfort.

The cottage has a brand new, fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, oven and hob, toaster and pots, pans, crockery and utensils. There is a drop leaf dining table and 5 chairs for flexible dining.

The lounge has a widescreen TV with Freeview, DVD player, DAB digital radio, and a PlayStation 2 with games DVDs, and books. Two 3-seater sofas and a working log burner provide a comfortable resting place at the end of the day.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, double wardrobe and bedside table with lamp and radio alarm clock.

Bedroom 2 has bunk beds and an additional single bed and double wardrobe.
Both bedrooms have blackout vertical blinds and all bedding is provided.
A dressing table with mirror and power sockets is situated in the entrance hall.

The new modern bathroom has a bath, shower and heated towel rail. Towels are provided for all guests.

Pets with considerate owners are very welcome at Cartrefol.
The cottage has a large, fully enclosed, mainly grass garden, ideal for dogs, but we do ask that you clear up after them and we provide a bin outside for ‘scooped poop’.
There is no additional charge for pets, but we do ask for an extra deposit of £50 which is fully refunded if no damage occurs.

Bookings are ideally Friday to Friday though we are very flexible, contact us if your need something different.
Short breaks, weekends or single nights are all possible, contact us with your requirements.
Prices:-
High Season, £525 per week / £75 per night (All school holidays excluding Easter)
Mid Season, £350 per week . £50 per night (Christmas week, Easter to Spring Bank Holiday, Mid September & October)
Low Season, £250 per week / £35 per night (November to Easter excl Christmas week)
Cartrefol is a non-smoking holiday cottage

Children and pets are welcome.
Ideal for families, the cottage offers all the facilities needed to make your family holiday as comfortable as possible. We are happy to provide the following:

•  Travel cot

•  Bed safety barrier

•  High Chair

•  Baby bath

•  Potty, Toilet step and Child’s toilet seat converter

•  Waterproof mattress covers

•  Various children’s books, DVDs and toys.

• There is off-road parking right by the side door for easy, safe access with children
  and for loading and unloading.

• The fully enclosed garden also provides a safe play area for children and has a
  picnic table, goalposts and a trampoline with enclosure.

• Cartrefol has level, off-road parking right by the side door of the property

• All rooms are on one level, though there is one step into the property at the front and side doors.

• There are no low ceilings.

• The garden is large, flat, laid to lawn, fully enclosed and private.

• The lounge has a working log stove.
