Bwthyn Barri is situated in a quiet rural location, on a 15 acre non working
farm only 2 miles from the beautiful Cardigan Bay coast of
West Wales and Tresaith Beach. The Cottage was built in 1711 and
recently renovated to a high standard to include oil-fired central
heating throughout.

Accommodation:
This cottage is in a quiet and
secluded location and has 2 bedrooms, one double and another with
a double and a single bed. A cot is also available The modern kitchen is fully equipped
and includes a microwave and washing machine.
The comfortable sitting room has a
traditional inglenook fireplace, exposed beams and a TV with
Freeview and DVD player.
The spacious bathroom has a large shower, toilet and hand basin. All linen and hand towels are provided but we do ask guests to bring their own bath towels.

Outside:
The yard contains the
Cottage, the Main house and Stables & is surrounded by fields
and woods.
There is a private garden and a secluded patio with chairs & a BBQ
overlooking rolling countryside to the rear. Pets, under control, are
very welcome. There is ample off-road parking.
Location / Area:
The cottage is located 10 miles NE of Cardigan town and is only a short drive from the many attractions of the area.

Cardigan to Aberystwyth road near to the village of Sarnau. There is an
award winning farm shop at the junction with the main road for fruit,
vegetables, meat and dairy products. The nearest supermarkets are in
Cardigan (Tesco and Somerfield, 9 miles) and there is also a good range
of shops in Newcastle Emlyn (9 miles). There are convenience stores at
the garages in Tanygroes (2 miles) and Brynhoffnant (2 miles).
There are a number of pubs and restaurants nearby, including
Italian, Indian and Thai, as well as those offering traditional
Welsh dishes and local produce. The nearest pub is The Ship at
Tresaith (2 miles), offering stunning views across Cardigan Bay,
with a wider selection of pubs and restaurants at Cardigan,
Newcastle Emlyn, Aberporth (4 miles) and New Quay (11 miles).
- The cottage can be rented from Saturday mid
afternoon to the following Saturday 10am
- Weekly rates range from £245 (low season) to
£495 (high season)
- Weekend breaks are also available outside
school holidays (£160 to £225)
