Brynaber is situated in the lovely Cardiganshire countryside close to the Teifi Valley in the small village of Aberbanc set back from the A475 between Newcastle Emlyn and Horeb, and is just eight miles from Llangrannog on the Cardigan Bay coast.

Accommodation: Brynaber is a quaint little cottage set on the hillside with a good sized garden. Upstairs there are two small bedrooms, one with a 4 foot bed and the other with a single bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room. The cottage is heated by night storage radiators and electricity is included in the rental. A cot is available by request. Bed linen is provided (including the sofa bed if required).

The sitting room has an antique Chattan range with a working oven and bread oven - an initial supply of fuel is provided. There is TV with satellite freeview and stereo. The shower room with toilet and washbasin is downstairs.

The brand new kitchen has a built in washing machine and fridge, full size electric cooker and hob top, microwave and the usual small appliances.

The dining table seats four and overlooks the garden. The garden is sloping, but has a flat patio area with garden furniture and barbecue. There is off road parking in the drive for two cars.

Pets: One well behaved dog is welcome.

Access: There is level access to the property from the driveway. The shower room is downstairs but is not adapted for disabled use. The original stairs are narrow and steep and unsuitable for persons with walking difficulties and may not be suitable for all age groups. The garden is mainly sloping but has a flat area on a level with the house with garden furniture.

Nearby: The picturesque Market Town of Newcastle Emlyn with its many pubs and restaurants is just three miles away. The world renowned river Teifi is less than a mile from the cottage and has excellent Salmon and Trout fishing. Further down the Teifi towards Cardigan is Cenarth with its famous waterfalls and Coracle Museum. There are many beaches on the nearby Cardigan Bay coast including Llangrannog, Cwmtydu, Penbryn, Tresaith, Mwnt and New Quay just a short drive away. 

Prices: Low season £250 per week, high £425 per week
