A warm welcome awaits you at this four bedroomed holiday cottage set all on one level and with panoramic views of Cardigan Bay. Sleeping up to 8 people and a baby in 4 bedrooms, there's plenty of room to bring the whole family. The cottage offers excellent facilities and has been newly refurbished this year. It has full gas central heating so is ideal for a cosy retreat all year round. A pet is welcome.
 

FACILITIES - Fully fitted kitchen with LCD television, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hob and fan oven with extractor fan, breakfast bar. All cooking utensils, saucepans, crockery, cutlery and tea towels are provided. Door leading to open plan dining room and lounge. Dining table and eight chairs (plus highchair). Lounge with leather sofas, electric fire, television with Digi box and DVD player.

 

Sliding glass doors from the lounge lead to the conservatory where there are chairs to sit and enjoy the fine views. Door leading out onto patio.

 

Bathroom with bath, handbasin, airing cupboard and toilet.

 

Separate shower room with handbasin and toilet.

 

Utility area with washing machine (access to tumble drier if required). Door leading to driveway.

 

Bedroom one- double, with sea view.

 

Bedroom two- double, with sea view.

 

Bedroom three- twin, with sea view.

 

Bedroom four- twin, with garden view.

 

Travel cot and highchair provided.

 

Outside there is a large garden with a patio and lawn area with picnic table. Driveway with ample parking for 4 cars. Gate leading to field joining onto public coastal footpath. The garden is fenced off making it a safe place for children and animals to play.

 

Bed linen is provided and  are made ready for your arrival, however you will need to bring your own towels. If bringing an infant please bring your own bed linen for the travel cot.
