Accommodation: Downstairs there are two sitting rooms, the front
one
with TV with DVD player and Stereo. There
is also another sitting room. There is seating
for 6 in the dining area adjacent to the kitchen at the rear of the
house. A conservatory leads into the back garden through a sliding
glass door.
The well-equipped and
newly finished kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooker,
microwave and all the usual small appliances. The utility room has a
washing machine, and a fridge freezer. There is a cloakroom with
toilet and wash basin off the utility room.
The house is heated by night storage heaters.
Bedrooms:
There are three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a bedroom with full
sized bunk beds. There is a cot in the double bedroom. The spacious
family bathroom is upstairs and has a
bath with electric shower, WC and washbasin.
Parking: There is off road parking for 2 cars at the rear of
the property. This is approached by a service road from the car park
adjacent to the medical centre.
Outside:
The small back garden is gravelled. There is a children's playground
nearby.
Linen:
Bed linen is not supplied at this property, although there are
duvets and pillows supplied for the beds.
Restrictions:
No pets and strictly no smoking in the house please
