Sitting/Dining Room - The large
comfortable sitting/dining room features
double height ceiling with partly exposed
original stone walls and log burning stove. It
has two sofas, coffee table, dining table and
chairs, lamps, side table and a wide screen
digital TV/DVD and Quad disc CD system. The
Cottage is all on one level and has under
floor central heating throughout.

Kitchen -
An archway leads off the sitting room into
a beamed galley kitchen that is well equipped
with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave,
fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. There is
ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils,
as well as toaster, smoothy-maker, iron and
ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and all
cleaning materials.

Double Bedroom - This high ceiling room
has a king sized canopied bed, bedside tables
and lamps, an armchair, double wardrobe,
mirror and chest of drawers. The sheets and
duvet cover are of good quality Egyptian
cotton. Fluffy bath and hand towels complete
the feeling of comfort in this luxury cottage.
Bathroom/Dressing room - This is a
charming little room with a character window
overlooking the garden. It has a large
double-ended heart shaped bath with heated
towel rails to provide warmth and comfort
after your relaxing bath.
Shower Room - The shower room features
a large glass walk in shower with multi spray
massaging body jets, a toilet and basin.
Heated towel rails ensure warmth in which to
snuggle after a sensuous, soothing shower
Private Garden - A door leads from the
kitchen onto a balcony with steps down to a
secluded private garden. It has stunning Teifi
Valley views and is neatly laid out to grass
and shrubs and rockery. There is a sunny
seating area with wooden garden furniture and
a barbeque.
Parking -
For your convenience there is a designated
parking area adjacent to the cottage.
Access - There is a
ramped access to the front door, and the
cottage is on one level. The double height
living/dining room has an arched opening
leading to a galley kitchen with restricted
headroom. A door leads to a balcony with steps
down to the garden, which may also be reached
from the front door. There is an arched
opening to the double height bedroom, shower
room (shower, toilet and basin), and bathroom
with restricted headroom (corner bath). All
doors are 762mm wide.

Catering Cottage is perfectly situated just a
half hour drive to the spectacular Ceredigion
Coast line. The area is designated Heritage
Coast with wonderful scenery that gives home
to some of Britain’s rarest birds and marine
species. Bottle nosed Dolphins swim in the
bays of Mwnt and New Quay. You could spend
every day of your holiday exploring the many
bays and coves of this delightful coast, or
walk the cliff paths and listen to the call of
sea birds.
If your preference is for country walking
there are many local trails nearby, whilst for
the more energetic who prefer mountain hiking,
the Cambrian Mountains are on your doorstep.
If you tire of all the tranquillity and yearn
for the bustle of town life, the university,
market town of Lampeter is only a stone's throw
away with friendly people, interesting small
shops and supermarkets, good restaurants and
welcoming pubs. The larger towns of
Aberystwyth or Carmarthen are only forty
minutes’ drive away.
