Enter New Quay on the B4342 from Llanarth. You will pass the Quay West Holiday Park on your left and then a small estate called 'Cwm Halen' on your right. The next turn left takes you up a steep hill. Keep going until you see the brick entrance pillars of 'Barham House' on your right before the bend. Turn into the courtyard and you will find Bay View Cottage on the left.

If you enter New Quay on the A486 from Synod Inn, you will have to pass through New Quay until you reach the 30 mph speed limit signs. Penrhiwpistyll Lane is the first corner on the right. However, it is a very sharp turn and you may have to continue and turn round - approaching the road from the other direction.

There is adequate off road parking for 2 cars in front of the cottage.
