Bay View Cottage is a five star newly completed centrally heated self-contained annexe to Barham House overlooking New Quay and Cardigan Bay, and which has one of the best views in the whole area. This superbly finished  cottage has been furnished with all new 'Next' furniture and fittings. It has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms - two double bedrooms upstairs - the master with an ensuite shower room and both with stunning views of Cardigan Bay, an upstairs bunk bedroom and a downstairs twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom upstairs and another shower room downstairs. A travel cot is available on request.

Bed Linen and tea towels are provided but not towels.

The new kitchen has a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, full sized oven and hob, microwave and all the usual small appliances.

The   lounge has two large comfortable sofas, digital TV, DVD and 32 inch flat screen TV and opens out onto the patio and barbecue area. All electricity is included. 

 
Outside - There is parking for several cars. A superbly finished deck with amazing panoramic views over New Quay and Cardigan Bay has outdoor furniture and is available for the use of the guests. There are more and larger photos on the Gallery Photo page
