Location in the centre of New Quay 200 yards from the main beach and harbour. Very close to shops and restaurants.

The house is centrally heated with a feature wood burner in lounge. All electricity and gas is provided. Tenants will need to provide own logs for wood burner if required.
Regret no pets. No linen provided, apart from pillows and duvets for all beds. Linen can be hired at an extra cost.
Externally there is a walled forecourt to the front. At the rear is a fenced garden containing south facing paved patio area with fixed barbecue, a further garden area. Parking for 3 vehicles at the rear.
