Booking Conditions:
1. The contract is between Woodlands (New Quay) Ltd and the
person making the booking (the Guest).
2. Bookings cannot be taken from persons under 21 years of
age.
3. Bookings: Upon receipt of your enquiry either by email or
telephone, the accommodation will be provisionally booked.
This will be held for a period of no longer than 14 days. If
the booking form and deposit has not been
received within this period, the provisional booking will be
cancelled.
4. Payment: All payments must be made in pounds
sterling. Where the booking is made within 6 weeks of the
holiday start date, full payment is required at the time of
booking. All other booking will require a deposit of £250 with the
balance of hire monies due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Short
breaks must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
5. Breakage deposit: A returnable breakage deposit of £50 is
payable on arrival. This will be returned in full within 7
days if there are no breakages or pro rata in the unlikely
event of damage to the lodge or contents. This deposit is
payable in cash only.
6. Damage or extra cleaning: The Guest is responsible for
leaving the accommodation clean and tidy, and for any loss
or damage. Any breakages should be reported to the park
office immediately, who will make the appropriate charge for
repair or replacement. The park reserves the right to make a
charge for any additional cleaning requirements.
7. Arrival and departure times: The chalet is available for
you from 3pm on your day of arrival, and must be vacated by
10.30am on your day of departure. This ensures sufficient
time for the accommodation to be cleaned prior to the
arrival of the next occupant.
8. Availability: Woodlands (New Quay) Ltd reserves the right
to alter or withdraw, without prior notice, facilities or
amenities which have been advertised when reasonably
necessary due to repairs, maintenance or any other
circumstances beyond our control.
9. Right to occupy the property: The Guests right
to occupy the
accommodation may be forfeited without compensation if (a)
the maximum sleeping capacity is exceeded or (b) any activity is
undertaken which may cause unreasonable damage, noise or
disturbance.
10. The Park Management or his representative shall be
allowed access to the accommodation at any reasonable time
during holiday occupation.
11. Special requirements: Please let us know if you have any special requirements
prior to making your booking
12. Linen:
Linen and towels are provided in all accommodation.
13. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
14. Pets: Dogs are not permitted in the lodges.
15. Cancellation: In the event of the need to cancel a
booking, please telephone immediately and confirm the
cancellation by email or letter. If the owners are able to re-let
the accommodation a refund of monies paid will be made in
full. We recommend that Guests take out cancellation
insurance with a provider of their choice.
16. Liability: Neither the company, nor its servants accept
liability for any persons loss or damage which may be
sustained by Guests, bona fide visitors, or their property
during the period that they are at Woodlands Holiday
Village.
17. Data protection and Privacy: Information provided to us
will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any
third party.
18. Cleaning and maintenance of the
property - West Wales Cottages act only as booking agents
and have no responsibility for the cleaning and maintenance of
this property. This is entirely the responsibility of the owners
and all questions regarding cleaning and maintenance should be
addressed to them.
