Aran House is in a wonderful location with breathtaking panoramic views over the beach and harbour of New Quay. Built in 2001, Aran House is a large, spacious, modern house overlooking the village. It is quiet, yet centrally located with ample parking for several cars. Bring your binoculars, relax in the beautifully furnished lounge, sun room or one of the outdoor terraces and watch the boats and dolphins in the bay. Aran House sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. 

ACCOMMODATION  - A galleried landing leads to four Bedrooms on the first floor, one of which is en-suite, sleeping a maximum of eight. There are three double bedrooms and a twin. A cot is also available.
The Bathroom has a  bath, washbasin, toilet and separate walk-in shower. Downstairs, there is a Cloakroom with washbasin and toilet. A large walk-in coats cupboard is off the hallway. The Utility Room has an automatic washing machine, and the oil central heating boiler. 

The Kitchen/Diner has wonderful views. The well appointed fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, dining table and chairs to seat 8. 

The Family Sitting Room leads into the Kitchen/Diner and has a  three piece suite and TV. 

The Sun Room off the Kitchen/Diner has wonderful views of Cardigan Bay, occasional furniture and a door to the side terrace. 

The Lounge is a  large spacious room with wonderful sea views over Cardigan Bay. There is a three seater sofa and two two seater sofas, an easy chair, TV and  doors to the rear patio. 

Outside there is a  small, terraced side garden, garden furniture, a front paved terrace and a side paved terrace and garden furniture – children should be supervised outside. 

There is ample Parking and 14 steps up to front door and terrace. 

Fuel oil central heating & electricity is inclusive June – August, and is  £25/week outside these dates. 

No Smoking indoors please 

One Dog is welcomed free of charge. There is an extra charge for more. (no cats please) 

Changeover day is Saturday
