Ael-y-Bryn is a quaint cottage offering comfortable luxury self catering accommodation recently re-decorated and furnished (2006) to a high standard throughout.
Ael-y-Bryn self catering cottage is situated in the small village of Llanrhystud, mid-way between the picturesque Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron and the coastal shopping and market town of Aberystwyth (8 miles).

The cottage is situated down a quiet private lane tucked away within the village of Llanrhystud on Cardigan Bay, with close level-walking distance of a good range of local amenities including shops, post office, local pub (food) and just off the main bus route, with only a 15 minute walk or a few minutes by car to the local beach.

Ground Floor - Very comfortable sitting room with large sofa and chair, 28" T.V. /DVD.
Inter-connecting new bright fully fitted kitchen equipped with electric oven ceramic hob, microwave and washing m/c.

First Floor - 1 Double Bedroom, 1 Single Bedroom, Shower room and W.C. Rear Garden

Outside - Neat enclosed sunny garden, grassed with garden furniture.


Facilities - Linen (duvets) and towels inc. Microwave, Full cooker / Grill, Fridge with ice-box, Washing m/c
High chair (one) available on request. Travel cot (no bed linen provided for cot) available on request

The cottage will be thoroughly prepared prior to your arrival with clean bed-linen and towels throughout. 

The property is also equipped with kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment and toilet rolls. There will also be cooking utensils, ample crockery and cutlery. 

Heating. Electric convector heaters, immersion heater. OR / and Solid fuel central heating

An information pack including directions / contact numbers etc, will be sent on receipt of final payment.
You can arrive from 3pm on the start date of your holiday and must vacate by 11am on day of departure
Property to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
