We only advertise properties in West Wales. People visit
www.westwales-cottages.com
because they are interested in this
particular area. Our search engine ranking is excellent.

We are local. Based just a couple of
miles from New Quay, we know the area and can provide photos of
local beaches, landscape and attractions for your web page. We can also
take digital photos of your local property if required.

Unlike some other booking agencies, there are no additional
booking fees for the guests.

Our website ( in conjunction with our New
Quay or Aberaeron websites ) offers considerable information about the local area. Our
holistic marketing policy is aimed at providing a complete package for
the potential visitor - as well as providing somewhere to stay, it
includes places to go, things to do, local wildlife, local history,
local walks and much more.

We can also advertise your static Holiday
Caravan, Cabin or Chalet on our other web sites
at West
Wales Caravans and
Cardigan Bay
Caravans.
Advertising charges:
Option 1 - No annual fee
- Full advertising and booking service for Holiday
Cottages

There is no set up charge - 10% commission or 15% for last minute availability bookings made by credit card
or overseas bank transfer. Your ad will include:

1. A full description page with 6 photos
and up to 500 words of text
-
2. A weekly prices and availability calendar
for the year - updated as soon as a booking is received by us.

3. A Booking form page - with names and
full contact information of guests.
-
4. A Terms and Conditions page
-
5. A Location and Directions page with a map and an
interactive map link.
-
6. A Photo Gallery page with larger photos.
-
There will also be entries on the appropriate
cottage listing
pages of one or more of our other websites at
www.newquay-westwales.co.uk,
www.visitnewquaywales.com or
www.aberaeron-westwales.co.uk depending on the location of
the cottage.

Additional photos where appropriate.

Option 1 properties are featured towards the top
of each listing page. The listing order of ads in option 1 will be
entirely at our discretion.

Special offers and next availability dates listed
and last minute availability with credit card payment online as
necessary.

We cannot offer
housekeeping services, but are in touch with the cleaners of the
properties on our option 1 group, and will call local tradesmen
to fix anything urgent, and make personal visits to sort out
other problems.

We cannot accept option 1 advertisers if they are
already listed elsewhere as
there is the very real possibility of double booking.
Option 2 - £95 for a year - Mini-website of
5 pages to include:

1. A full description page with 6 photos and up to 500 words of text
with your contact numbers and email links, and a link
to your website on your main page.

2. A weekly prices and availability calender
for the year - updated as soon as you let us know that you have a
booking.
-
3. A Booking form page that guests can print and send to you
with their payment.
-
4. A Terms and Conditions page - this can be our
standard page or one written by yourself to your own
specific requirements.

5. A Location and Directions page with a map and an
interactive map link.
-
Your entries will be listed on the 'All Cottages'
page and one of: 'Coastal Cottages', ‘Cottages in New Quay', or
‘Country Cottages’.
-
Additionally it will be listed in one of ‘Cottages
sleeping 2-4’,
‘Cottages sleeping 5-7’, ‘Cottages sleeping 8 or more’, or
‘Cottages in complexes’. It may also be listed in ‘Pet friendly Cottages’
and / or ‘Cottages
with ground floor accommodation’.

There will also be entries on the appropriate
cottage listing
pages of one of our other websites at
www.newquay-westwales.co.uk or
www.aberaeron-westwales.co.uk depending on the location of
the cottage.

Details of prices, photos etc are updated yearly
on the renewal of an advertisement.

Permanent contact details will be changed as
required.

Option 2 ads will be above option 3 ads, but below
option 1 ads in the listings pages, and will be moved to the top of
their section upon renewal. Each ad moves down the page as other
advertisers renew, so that everyone gets to be at the top of their
section at some time during the year.
Option 3 - £50 per year
Full page ad on ‘West Wales Cottages’ to include:

A single full description page with 6 photos and up to 500 words of text.

Telephone and email links and a link to your own
website on your page.

Your entries will be listed on the 'All Cottages'
page and one of: 'Coastal Cottages', ‘Cottages in New Quay', or
‘Country Cottages’.

Additionally it will be listed in one of ‘Cottages
sleeping 2-4’,
‘Cottages sleeping 5-7’, ‘Cottages sleeping 8 or more’, or
‘Cottages in complexes’.

It may also be listed in ‘Pet friendly Cottages’
and / or ‘Cottages
with ground floor accommodation’.

There will also be entries on the appropriate
cottage listing
pages of one of our other websites at
