This is a beautifully presented and
newly refurbished (2011) traditional cottage close to the seafront
in the seaside resort of New Quay. The Cottage has central heating
and double glazing and new fixtures and fittings throughout. 6 Water
Street is just a few minutes walk from the pubs, restaurants and
shops of this popular Cardiganshire town, famous for its beaches,
watersports, Dolphins, and its position on the coastal path in the
centre of Cardigan Bay.
Downstairs is a
spacious open plan sitting / dining room with TV, and DVD player,
electric fire and
2 comfy sofas. The dining area seats 4 and overlooks the rear patio.
The newly fitted kitchen has a limestone travertine floor with
custom built kitchen units, a Belfast sink, solid oak work
surfaces, under counter fridge, electric oven and hob, microwave and
washing machine and all the usual small appliances.

Upstairs are two
bedrooms, a double with kingsize bed and a twin bedroom overlooking
the garden. The luxury bathroom has a double-ended panelled bath
