This quaint Fisherman's Cottage has been fully refurbished. It is in a peaceful rural location on a quiet country lane. Across the road from the cottage are woodlands. The back garden backs on to a small field. 5 Pentre Garth is a only ten minute walk down the hill into the centre of New Quay with its picturesque Harbour and Beaches, pubs and restaurants.

This cottage is next door to Forget-Me-Not-Cottage which sleeps 6. The 2 cottages can be rented together to accommodate a total of  11 persons.

ACCOMMODATION - There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, a standard double, one with a small (4') double and another with a child's bed. The bathroom is also upstairs and has a bath with electric shower over, washbasin and toilet.

Downstairs, the space has been opened up to form a sitting room / diner with a small galley kitchen off with washing machine, fridge freezer and all the usual small appliances. There is a multifuel stove, TV with freeview and DVD and a stereo.

GROUNDS -  There is a very small fully enclosed elevated garden to the rear of the house. There are several wooden steps from the back door  leading up to the garden. The garden is sloping and may not be suitable for very young children.

PARKING - There are private off road parking parking places 50 yards up the road and other parking places closer to the house. 

ELECTRICITY - Electricity is inclusive in the rental

PET - A pet is welcome.
