5 High Terrace is centrally located in New Quay just a couple of minutes walk from the harbour and beach. This comfortable family holiday home has three bedrooms and sleeps five with plenty of room for a travel cot.

New Quay Harbour Beach has been awarded Blue Flag status for 2009. Dolphins can be seen almost daily from the pier and the sandy beach offers safe bathing for all the family.

Boat trips for Dolphin and Seal watching  are available daily from the pier.

Accommodation: There are three bedrooms, a double with sea views, a twin and a single. The very spacious family bathroom has bath, washbasin and WC with separate large shower. There is an additional toilet downstairs in the utility room.

The comfortable sitting room has TV and DVD. The separate dining room seats five. The newly finished kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, microwave and all the usual small appliances. A separate utility room has the washing machine, toilet and washbasin.

Access: The garden is steeply terraced and there are several sections of steps. Great care must be taken in wet weather and children must be carefully supervised in the back garden. There is a downstairs toilet  the family bathroom is upstairs. There are no modifications for disabled use. All the bedrooms are upstairs.
