Tyclyd is a comfortable beautifully refurbished 3 bedroom house on the popular Picton Terrace with stunning views of Cardigan Bay and the mountains of Snowdonia. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, pubs and restaurants of New Quay.

Accommodation - The sitting room has comfortable new leather sofas, and 26 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a separate dining room seating five adjacent to the kitchen and with flat screen TV. The well equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge and separate freezer, microwave and all the usual small appliances. There is a washing machine, ironing table, iron etc in the utility area off the kitchen.

Upstairs: There are three bedrooms. At the front of the house is a double bedroom and a single, both with outstanding panoramic views of Cardigan Bay. The family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, WC and washbasin. At the rear of the house is the twin bedroom.
 

New Quay	Garden	New Quay Pier and Harbour

Outside  In the front of the house there is a bench for sitting out and enjoying the view of Cardigan Bay, Dolphins and seals can be spotted from here, especially when the fishing boats are coming in. Behind the house there are steps up to  a landscaped terraced garden with a patio  table and chairs and bench.

Access   There  is level  one step access from the street into the porch  and two more steps into the house. A car can be parked a few feet away from the front door. There are stone steps leading up to the patio  area from the kitchen , which may not be accessible to those with limited mobility. The bathroom and all bedrooms are all upstairs, there is good lighting and access throughout the house,  there are no specific adaptations for anyone who may be mobility impaired.

Parking - There is on-street parking outside the house for one car and weekly car parking available in the main New Quay car park (tickets from the car park).
