luxury home just a short drive to the town of New Quay with its
pubs, restaurants, beaches and harbour and a 10 minute walk to the
beach, Traethgwyn. 2 Dolphin Court offers a good base for visiting
attractions throughout West Wales. From New Quay there are
spectacular views along the Ceredigion Heritage Coast for walkers
and from the coastal path, bottle-nosed dolphins and seals can be
seen out in the bay. Take a boat trip along the coast or take
advantage of many opportunities for more energetic holidays with
sailing, water sports, and other activities.

Accommodation - 2 Dolphin Court sleeps 6
in 3 bedrooms; one twin bedroom on the ground floor and two
double rooms on the first floor also a separate shower room with
washbasin and WC.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable sitting room with
seating for 6, 32 inch flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD
player. The newly fitted kitchen has and electric oven and hob,
fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. The main
bathroom has bath, washbasin and WC.

Outside - There is a small enclosed garden with patio set
and benches. There is off road parking for 2 cars close to the front
door and level access to the house.
