Set within the grounds of a small private
estate in the grounds of the Ty Glyn Hotel and
Conference Centre, this semi-detached bungalow is superbly
presented and well equipped and has expansive views over the
beautiful Cardiganshire countryside that can be enjoyed from the
large deck area in front of the property. Being just
three miles from Aberaeron, it provides an ideal base for
exploring the Cardigan Bay coast and the stunning scenery of the
county of Ceredigion from the many beaches to the Cambrian
mountains further inland. |
Accommodation:
The open plan sitting room as comfortable white leather sofas,
satellite TV, stereo and DVD player. The light and airy conservatory
extension overlooks the deck and countryside and has a dining table
seating four. The small but very well equipped
kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with ice
box, microwave and all the usual small appliances.

There are two bedrooms. A double with wall
mounted flat screen TV, and a twin bedroom. Bed linen
is provided, but not towels or tea towels. The bathroom has a bath with shower extension, WC and
washbasin (photo on photo gallery page).
Outside - 'Maesglas' has a large deck with patio furniture
providing views over the local countryside. There is private parking
for one car beside the property and additional parking close by.

Access: Parking is beside the deck on a gentle slope. The
house is level throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are all on the
ground floor. No adaptations for mobility. The deck is fenced, but
not gated. |
